Padre是采用Perl開發的Perl IDE（集成開發環境）。支持通過定制支持其它多種語言的語法高亮顯示、支持Perl5 及Perl6進行語法檢查和重構、上下文幫助和代碼自動完成、非常適合于初學者使用、跨平臺支持（Linux、Mac OS X、Windows）等。
