桌面搜索工具 Pinot

Pinot不僅作為D-Bus服務來爬行、索引你的文檔，并對它們的更改情況進行監視；而且，Pinot也提供基于GTK的用戶界面，讓你能夠查詢該服務所索引的內容。

當前，Pinot具有高級查詢、語言檢測、文檔瀏覽、元數據編輯、文檔標記、查詢存儲、文檔摘要、搜索桌面和Web等功能。

Pinot發布在GPL許可之下，目前版本為0.81，除源代碼外，還包括適用于Fedora、Ubuntu、Zenwalk、Archlinux、openSUSE等Linux發行版的二進制包。Pinot可從其項目網站獲取。
