CMS Made Simple(簡稱CMSMS) 是一款輕量級的內容管理系統，旨在為靜態內容為主的小型門戶網站提供最簡單最輕松的架站體驗。

CMSMS 以不限深度的樹型結構來組織內容，符合大部分場合的信息結構。這些內容通常是相對靜態的，其內容、結構和訪問方式不隨著時間的推移而改變。相比于早期的 HTML 靜態頁面組織方式，采用CMS系統可以把它們方便組織起來，便于維護。而且采用 CMS 可以將內容和表現分離，便于更新界面。CMSMS 還大量采用了緩沖機制，使得管理靜態內容更加高效。CMSMS 的結構非常清晰，使用擴展模塊或者模版主題等非常方便。同時，它的 news 模塊可以用來組織新聞等基于時間排序的信息，支持分類。
