c#語言的加密與解密

簡介:c#語言的加密與解密,主要是針對字符串的加密與解密操作

             核心操作就是把字符串變成二進制,將二進制數據編碼為base 64 數字

             轉換成等效的8 位無符號整數數組,轉換成UTF-8等操作之間的相互轉換
