PaaS 框架，Apache Stratos 4.1.5 發布

Apache Stratos (處于孵化階段)是一個由Apache community支持的開放的PaaS框架項目。它帶來了企業級的服務質量、管理以及安全性，表現為內部私有云，外部管理云和公有云。企業組織，云基礎設施供應商以及云服務提供者可以自由的修改，發布和部署 Apache Stratos，而沒有任何知識產權的限制，授權費用以及服務費。

開放的協同工作能力

一個開放的 PaaS 服務支持異構的IaaS環境以及多平臺，多語言，多框架的環境。Apache Stratos 的cartridge模型和jCloud抽象層可以使其部署在當下比較流行的IaaS環境中（如，Amazon AWS, OpenStack, vCloud），并且開發團隊可以通過對cartridge進行擴展來實現他們想要的應用服務器。
