PHP開源 Fork CMS 3.0 發布，增加中文支持
Fork 是一個PHP開發的CMS系統，面向終端用戶而非設計師和開發者，因此簡單易用是它的特點。支持多語言。
Release Notes:
1. The blocks system was re-invented and is now position-driven.
2. Positions can contain an arbitrary number of blocks.
3. The "Content" and "Template" tabs were merged to present a more straightforward UI.
4. The folder structure was updated to prevent installation issues with folders needing to be outside the document root.
5. It is now possible to install modules and themes via ZIP upload in the CMS.
6. Chinese, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, and Russian translations were added
