Windows 媒體播放器，MPC-HC 1.7.10 發布

MPC-HC，全稱Media Player Classic Home Cinema，是Windows平臺上一個非常輕量級的開源媒體播放器。它支持所有常見的視頻和音頻文件格式的播放。它是100%免費的。

      - Tries to preserve signal pitch when playing at custom rate (time stretching)
      - Supports bitstreaming
