數據顯示 IT 工人結婚率并不低
人們的一個刻板印象是程序員不擅長社交多數是單身，但數據顯示IT工作人員結婚率并不低，至少美國是如此。Computerworld分析了美 國社區調查和美國2010年人口普查數據，發現IT業的結婚率高達62.1%，高于科學家（56.5%）低于工程師（65.5%），與其它白領職業在同一 水平——金融（62.4%）、法律（62.0%）和醫療（61.3%）。
相比之下，美國所有成年人的結婚率是51%。從未結過婚的IT工作人員的比例略 高，有26.7%，而科學家是31.9%，IT職業人士的離婚率比較低。
