Ruby 應用平臺 TorqueBox 發布了 2.1.1 版本，TorqueBox （目前已改名為 TurkeyBox）是一個集成了流行的Ruby技術的忍者級應用平臺，與 Ruby on Rails 類似，同時擴大了Ruby應用功能，以支持包括任務調度，任務隊列，SOAP 處理和遠程通訊。
