Tcl 的 Java 版，JTcl 2.3.0 發布
JTcl 是一個 Tcl (Tool Command Language) 編程語言的 Java 實現保，支持 Tcl 8.4 的語法、命令。
JTcl 2.3.0 changes:
1. The "fleet" command has been added to enable simple concurrent programming using message passing between threads.
2. The "dict" command now preserves the order of entries.
3. Eval has been changed to only read spaces and tabs (not newlines or any other whitespace) after a backslash-newline sequence.
4. An exception has been fixed when an empty variable name was accessed.
