推薦41個全球免費開放的電子圖書館

早在 2011 年 6 月，美國的國家學術出版社（National Academies Press，以下簡稱為“NAP”）就宣布將其出版的所有 PDF 版圖書對所有讀者免費開放下載，并且將這些圖書去除 DRM 保護（DRM 英文全稱 Digital Rights Management，即“內容數字版權加密保護技術”）。這其中不僅包括超過 4000 種最新出版的圖書，還包括已經提交報告將于未來一段時間出版的圖書。

沒錯，4000 多種最新出版的圖書！

美國 NAP 負責美國國家科學院、美國國家工程學院、美國國家醫學院和美國國家研究委員會相關研究成果的出版，其目標是在維持收支平衡的同時，盡可能廣泛地傳播這些研究機構的研究成果。
