模擬帝國時代的游戲，0 A.D. Alpha 8 發布

0 A.D 是由 WIldfire Games 開發的免費跨平臺游戲，支持 Windows, Mac OS X和Linux。近日它發布了 alpha 1 版本，代號為 “Argonaut”，這個版本可以正常玩，但可能會出現一些Bug。這個游戲的源代碼基于GPL V2發布，其它素材，音樂，聲音內容基于CC-BY-SA許可證發布。

0 A.d 是一個實時的戰略游戲，與微軟的帝國時代類似。在游戲中用戶可以建立文明，定義他們反對的敵人，這個游戲以公元前500年至公元500年之間為背景時間，包括了六個獨特的文明和若干個多角色模式。

特色：3D，畫面古典，建筑可換角度，英文

新版本主要改進內容：

• a new civilization: Persian, which includes a new building set and new units
• Bartering system: buy and sell resources in exchange for other resources
• single-player games can be saved and restored
• reconnect feature for the multiplayer game: you no longer have to abandon the game if you are disconnected during a multiplayer game
• 45° Field of View
• new music tracks
• new map: Zagros Mountains
